Minimum Age & Driving Licence

Renters and drivers must be at least 25 years old. A valid license Class B, Class C. For motorhomes with a total permissible weight of up to 3,500 kg, a Class B or equivalent license is needed, while those exceeding 3,500 kg require a Class C license.

Driver Qualifications

It is absolutely PROHIBITED to use or operate this rented vehicle by anyone not listed on the rental contract. Each driver must be pre-qualified in person with a valid driving license and be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Substance and Smoking Restrictions

It is absolutely PROHIBITED to use or operate this rented vehicle by anyone who is under the influence of ALCOHOL or any NARCOTICS.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the rented vehicle under any circumstances. Any evidence found of smoking in the vehicle will result in a fine of €200.00 regardless of damage or not.

Responsibilities for Fees and Damages

ALL TICKETS, FINES, FEES, and other charges received during the rental period, caused as a result of the renter and/or rental period must be paid by the Customer.

In case of LOST, DAMAGED or LOCKED INSIDE KEYS requiring key recovery, a maximum charge of €250.00 may apply.

The driver is fully responsible for all damages or loss to the vehicle if caused in the occupied areas of Cyprus or if driven OFFROAD.

Vehicle Use and Cleanliness

The passenger capacity of this vehicle is determined by the number of seatbelts (4) and, by law, must NOT be EXCEEDED. Always fasten your seatbelts while in the vehicle. It’s the law!

If the vehicle is returned exceptionally dirty, a maximum charge of €500.00 CLEANING FEE may apply.

Return and Time Policies

Rental days are based on the designated rental period. Collection is available from 2:00 PM, and the vehicle must be returned by 10:00 AM. Any hour past the rental period will be charged at ¼ of the daily rate, including all applicable taxes and fees. Returns after 12:00 PM will be charged the full daily rate.

Electronic Device Use

No cell phone use while operating the vehicle unless it is a hands-free device such as Bluetooth. It’s the law, the driver is prohibited from handling any electronic device while driving regardless of the behavior of use.
